Stacey Stamitoles
Design Team Coordinator

|
Hi! My name is Stacey Stamitoles. I am married
to my best friend Randy, who is a great supporter
of my passion for this hobby. We live in Toledo,
Ohio and have 3 little boys; Tyler
(13), Corey (10) and Spencer (6).
I have always enjoyed experimenting with different crafts but found myself drawn to scrapbooking, stamping and cardmaking. I am so pleased to have found paper crafts as a way of being creative and artistic. I have enjoyed paper crafts for several years but became a fanatic almost 2 years ago. I have had/will have layouts published in Scrapbooks Etc., PaperKuts, Memory Makers, PaperCrafts, Stampit!, Scrapbook Trends, PaperWorks, CardMaker, Simply Sentiments and Legacy Magazines as well as a variety of idea books. I am absolutely thrilled and honored to be part of this team! |

Hello! My name is Miki Benedict and
I live in Modesto, CA with my amazing husband
Keith, my 7 year old son Tyler and our
dog Pip. I started scrapbooking in 2000
but really became obsessed about three years
later and haven't looked back since! Not
only do I enjoy creating layouts but I love
making cards and tags too. I love
the challenge of playing with new products
and trying new techniques. Most of my
scrapping revolves around my family and I love
the layouts that really capture those everyday
moments of our lives.
I am delighted to say that some of my work can
be seen in past and upcoming publications by: Creating
Keepsakes, Memory Makers, Women’s Day,
Paper Crafts, Paper Trends and Scrapbook Trends. I
still have to pinch myself over each one! I am
beyond thrilled and honored to be a part of the
Paper Salon Design Team and the opportunity to
work with such talented ladies!! |

Anabelle O’Malley

|
Hi! My name is Anabelle O’Malley. I live in Hockessin, Delaware with my wonderful husband Fran and our two year old son, Ryan. Before Ryan was born, I taught elementary school for sixteen years. Now I am a stay at home mom and scrapbooking and cardmaking addict! I have always loved paper crafts. As a child, I made cards for all of my family members. In college, way before scrapbooking trends started, I would cut out phrases from magazines and put them in those magnetic photo albums along with my pictures.
During the late 90’s I dabbled with scrapping, but never really got into it since I was so busy with my career. Then, in the summer of 2004 , I decided to start scrapping all of the baby pictures I had collected of Ryan. I began buying materials and reading everything I could get my hands on. I was hooked!!! Cardmaking and stamping soon followed. When I’m not working in my scraproom (is there such a time?) I can be found playing at the park with Ryan and Fran, spending time at the beach with my family, cooking and hanging out with my mom or my girlfriends or watching reality TV. (Yes, I’m a junkie and proud of it!)
I’m thrilled to be a part of this team and to be able to work with all of Paper Salon’s beautiful products. |

Sherry Wright

|
Hi my name is Sherry Wright and I live in West Branch, MI with my husband Jim of 12 years, two year old son Brandon, 3 cats, and one dog. They are the focus of my layouts along with my other loves: flowers, animals, and nature. I also work part-time in the healthcare field and along with paper crafts spend my free time doing landscaping, gardening, camping, boating, and enjoying all the beautiful beaches in Michigan!
I grew up with a very crafty mother and have always done some sort of arts and crafts. I was given a scrapbook at my baby shower and started working with it after my son was born. Once I saw all the possibilities I was hooked and started expanding into cardmaking, stamping, and altering any and everything. I've had the honor of being published in several magazines and enjoy sharing my ideas with others. I am elated to be a part of the talented Paper Salon team and work with such beautiful and unique products. |

Jennifer Ellefson

|
Hi! I'm Jennifer Ellefson and I live in Cranberry
Township PA, just outside of Pittsburgh, PA.
My life
revolves around my two sons, Will and Chris,
my
husband of 12 years, John, and of course, PAPER!
I have to admit, my love of paper is lifelong,
to the
point of my mother naming my obsession "papercitis" at
a very young age. So to say that I feel that
I have
found my niche is an understatement. I have
been
scrapbooking and papercrafting passionately
for three
years now, since my youngest son went to school.
My
work has been seen/ will be seen in Paper Crafts,
Paper Trends, Scrapbook Trends, Scrapbook Answers,
and
Woman's Day, as well as on idea sheets at Joanns
stores. I also teach a monthly class at my
local
scrapbook store as well as facilitate our bookclub
meetings.
Besides being obsessed with paper, I volunteer
at my
children's school. I also love sailing (coming
from
growing up on the Great Lakes) and world travel.
I'm very excited to be on the Paper Salon
team with
such immense talent. |

Kelly Anne Grundhauser

|
Hi, My name is Kelly Anne Grundhauser. I live
in Woodbury, Minnesota with my husband Don and
my 2 sons (twins) Nicholas and Jacob. Before
the boys, I decided to go back to college and
get my Nursing degree, I did. Shortly into the
second semester, however, I found out I was pregnant
and 5 1/2 years later I graduated.
Now my boys will be starting kindergarten
and I will be getting a job outside the home.
I loved every minute I was able to spend with
them at home and feel so blessed to have had
such an opportunity.
I started playing with stamps right before
I got married
about 9 years ago and then went back to school
and my passion slipped to the wayside. Needless
to say it is no longer a
passion but a full fledged obsession. I love to stamp, paint, alter,
and of course scrap. I love to take something that is plain and make it
something wonderful.
I am very excited to be a part of the Paper
Salon Design Team. |

Linda Beeson

|
My husband and I live in Southern California
- we have lived here for over 20 years but both
of us were raised in Tacoma, WA. We have raised
four great kids - today we enjoy our five grandkids
whenever we get the chance. They also supply
TONS of my inspiration in scrapbooking.
Since Jr. High - I have tried my hand at
about every craft that has come around over
the years and when I found rubber stamping,
more years ago now then I can even remember,
I was sold! I loved what could be accomplished
in a short period of time . whether it was
decorating an envelope or making a card. I
can't even say I have a favorite technique
because I love to experiment with about everything.
About 9 years ago, I finally decided to try
my hand at scrapbooking - at first to incorporate
my stamps with scrapping. I really can't
say I have a favorite in scrapping either since
again, I seem to LOVE trying and using about
everything! |

Cindy Smith
|
Hi, my name is Cindy Smith and I live in
Maryland with my husband, Chance, my son, Benji,
and my daughter, Emma. I am fortunate to be
a Stay at Home Mom and work out of my home.
Although I've been stamping and cardmaking
for over 10 years, I discovered scrapbooking
after my son was born in 2001. It soon became
a passionate hobby and I'd be lost without
it. I spend countless hours making layouts,
cards, altered projects, mini albums, and so
much more.
I enjoy submitting my work to publications
and I am so thrilled to have been published
by Simple Scrapbooks, PaperCrafts, Memory Makers,
Paperkuts, Scrapbook Trends, Scrapbooks Etc.,
Rubber Stamper, Legacy, and more!
I am SO honored to join such a wonderful company
as Paper Salon and work on this talented team! |

Ruth Akers
|
Hello all. My name is Ruth Akers and I am
the 24 year old mother of 3 children.
Mikey (4) Aubree (2) and Charity (1).
I am stationed in Clarksville TN, yet end
up in various places in between due to an Army
Husband, (and a serious issue with being alone.)
I started scrapbooking with the usual shape
templates and scissors when I was 19, right
after my son was born. It took a little time,
but I can say I've finally found my niche with
embellished layouts and stamping.
I love diet coke, Target, food, dancing to
loud music, and photography.
I enjoy all aspects of this hobby, but am
most fond of the memories and friendships I
make.
I am thrilled to be working with everyone here,
and am honored to be where I am in this industry |

Julia Sandvoss
|
Hi! I'm Julia Sandvoss and I live in Oakville,
Missouri, a suburb in St. Louis County. I am
a busy mom to three children, Connor, Haley
and Parker and married to Scott, my husband
of 14 years! We round off our family with a
box turtle, Lady and a very mean fish, Jack.
I know I will never forget the day I was watching
a craft show on QVC and saw a scrapbook kit
advertised. I don’t think I could have
dialed any faster to order it and from the
minute I received it and the magazine that
it came with, I was hooked. Life has never
been the same again and you know what…I
wouldn’t want it to be. Through scrapbooking
I have met amazing friends, had the opportunity
to teach at local stores and conventions and
see my work published in magazines such as
Paper Crafts, Cards Magazine and Scrapbook
Answers. The true icing on the cupcake for
me is now being apart of different design teams.
This has opened a whole new door that I would
have never dreamed up. To get to work with
beautiful products on a daily basis is just
a wonderful position to be in! Now if
only I lived on a beach that overlooked the
ocean...that is my next wish!
Thanks so much to Paper Salon for inviting me
to be apart of such an amazingly talented team
and company! |

Melanie Douthit
|
Hello! My name is Melanie Douthit and I
live in Northeast Louisiana.
I’m a work-at home mom of one pre-schooler,
one jr. high schooler and one silly dachshund.
I’ve been married to my very supportive
husband, Jeff, for 18 years. I'm a freelance
artist (the kind where you paint on paper or
canvas) and somehow morphed into a paper artist
(the scrapbook "scissors and paper" kind).
I love taking photos of my family and love scrapbooking
because I can do my art ‘thing’ with
the photos.
Before I started scrapbooking, I was a full time
freelance artist selling paintings worldwide.
I started scrapbooking in 2003 when my daughter
was 18 months old and was immediately hooked.
I love working with color, patterned paper, stamps
and ribbon in my paper creations. I’m happy
to say that my creations have been published
in Paper Crafts, Paper Trends, Cards, Memory
Makers, Scrapbook Trends, Simple Scrapbooks,
CardMaker, and Paper Made Easy. It is such an
honor to be a part of the talented Paper Salon
design team! |

Kim Hughes
|
Hi, my name is Kim Hughes AKA “mescrapgood” on
scrapping message boards. I am 35 and enjoy
scrapping in some way every day. I began
scrapbooking when my daughter was born in 1999
and believe it was meant to be. I
became serious about my passion in 2004 when
she entered into Kindergarten for "guilt
free" scrap time. At that time I
began submitting and set very high goals for
myself. I pride myself in keeping my style
unique with every page and going above and
beyond.
I have been published in Creating Keepsakes,
Simple Scrapbooks, Paper Crafts, Paper Trends,
Scrapbook Trends, Memory Makers, Cantata Books
and Making Memories Paper Cachet Idea Book.
I live in Roy, UT with my husband, Wade, our
son, Mitchell, daughter, Alayna and our Dachshund,
Moxy who are all my favorite subjects
to scrap.
I am honored to be a part of the Paper Salon
Team |

Jessica Witty
|
Hello! My name is Jessica Witty and
I am a southern girl through and through… perfectly
happy to call Dallas, Texas, “home.” My
husband, Brian, and I are the parents of one
little boy named Eli who we consider to be
both the sweetest and most mischievous child
ever.
By day I work from home as both a mom and
a script editor for an internationally broadcast
radio ministry; by naptime and free time I “work” as
a paper artist! My first artistic love
is rubberstamping. I was introduced to
stamping four years ago and still remember
the feeling of amazement that even though I
absolutely could not (and still can’t!)
draw, I could still create art! I’ve
been an addict ever since. I always sit
down to stamp with the goal of creating an
all-new, fresh design and love, love, love
it when I’m able to see a design idea
come to fruition. My focus tends to be
on cards, cards, and then some more cards,
with gifts, wall hangings, and other various
paper projects in the mix, too.
Being a part of the Paper Salon team is truly
a dream come true for me… I am beyond
excited to be a part of such a talented group! |

Audrey Neal
|
My name is Audrey Neal. I'm married to a
wonderful man named Chris and have two beautiful
daughters: Cassidy (9) and Cameron (4). I teach
middle and high school English, and I'm also
the coordinator and teacher for my local school
district’s Gifted and Talented Program.
In my spare time, I love to read, watch movies,
and listen to music.
I have been scrapping for about five years, but
only “seriously” for the past year. My
style is playful and artsy/funky, yet fairly
simple as well. I love taking old supplies and
finding new ways to use them. I have been / will
be published in Scrapbook Answers, Scrapbook
Trends, Paper Crafts, PaperART, Scrapbooking
and Cards Today, and Memory Makers. |

Fiona Carter
|
My name is Fiona Carter. I live in beautiful
Sydney, Australia with my husband Paul, our
gorgeous daughters Emily, age 10 years, and
Phoebe, age eight years, and our adorable bunnies
Bubbles and Butterscotch.
I’ve dabbled in many crafts since I was
a child. There has, however, always been a consistent
interest in “cutting and pasting” – anything
that included papers, pens, pencils, glue and
creative lettering. As a little girl I would
beg my mum to buy me new pencils, pens and sketchbooks
so I could draw and sketch. Now I have two daughters
of my own whose favorite shopping trip is a visit
to Officeworks (an Aussie office supply chain)
so they can stock up on… you guessed
it, new pencils, pens, markers and sketchbooks.
In 2000 I was introduced to scrapbooking,
and was instantly hooked on the idea of preserving
the stories of my family in such a creative
way. Six years later, I’m still “cutting
and pasting”. I love to tell a story on
my layouts and use lots of photos of our everyday
life. I hope in many years that we can look through
our albums and laugh as we remember the fun things
we did. My work has been published regularly
in Scrapbooking Memories and My Reflections (both
Australian publications) and the Australian Edition
of Creating Keepsakes.
I am so thrilled to be part of the Paper Salon
Design Team. |

Kelly Purkey
|
My name is Kelly Purkey; I am a single 24
year old living in Chicago, IL and loving every
second! During
the day I work for a magazine called "Living
Without" (a lifestyle guide for people with
food allergies and sensitivities) and at night
I indulge in pizza and scrapbooking. I
graduated from Michigan State University with
a degree in Media Arts. When I'm not at
my desk scrapping, I love to get out of the house
and enjoy the city… shopping, trying new
restaurants, and spending time with friends.
I feel so lucky to have found scrapbooking, and
enjoy all the opportunities and friendships it
has brought me. I'm so honored and excited
to be working with Paper Salon alongside this
great team! |
